 Can I purchase an item online and collect instore?


Yes you can! Our customers love the convenience of click and collect as this enables them to shop in the comfort of their own homes and not miss out on their new favourite pieces.

What is afterpay?

Afterpay is like a layby except you get to enjoy your purchases straight away! Instead of paying for your item/items up front you pay in four fortnightly instalments with no fees or interest charges.
 
Can I purchase an item online with Afterpay and collect instore?

Yes you can! At the checkout click Afterpay and when choosing shipping select ‘Collect in store’.

When will my I receive my order?

Standard orders are shipped via the Australia Post and take 3-5 days to arrive. Express shipping means you will receive your parcel in 1-2 days depending on your location. All orders received by 3pm will be sent out the same day. Order after 3pm will be sent the following day. Timing is guideline only as we cannot be held accountable for circumstances with post, traffic, customs etc once your item has been shipped. 

Please note all orders are processed during business hours 9.30am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday.

Will my order be tracked?

Yes all orders are tracked.

Where is your store located?


The CHAPTERTWO store is located in Forbes, NSW.

What if I need my item for a certain date?

If you need your item ASAP please give us a call instore or email us and we will arrange for your item to be posted straight away.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes, we love gift wrapping! In the notes section of the checkout, just specify that your item is a gift and we will happily gift wrap it for you.

Are all items in your store available online?

Unfortunately not all of our items instore are available online. If you are after a certain piece, please give us a call instore as we are more than happy to post you your item!

Can I return a sale item?

No sorry. We do not refund, exchange or provide a credit note on sale items.
